Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support electro-mechanical equipment at our Easton, PA site. The role focuses on daily maintenance of production equipment, troubleshooting, and coordinating downtime with plant management to keep operations running smoothly.

You will communicate with Service and Engineering teams, install upgrades, and provide reports on tasks. Travel and emergency support are required at regional sites.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical experience with assemblies and production equipment.
• Welding skills for basic repair work.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
• Ability to diagnose and communicate PLC-controlled machine issues.
• Experience with boilers.
• Willingness to travel and respond to emergency maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance of production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, service, and repair electro-mechanical systems on-site.
• Communicate with Service and Engineering teams for parts, scheduling, and support.
• Assemble, align, and install equipment upgrades within timeline and budget.
• Coordinate downtime with Plant Managers for maintenance activities.
• Provide weekly reports on completed and pending tasks.
• Offer remote assistance to plants to restore production quickly.
• Maintain Washsmart inventory at each location in collaboration with plant management.
