Job summary

Unimacts in Las Vegas is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanical) to keep our 1st shift operations running smoothly. You will commission, calibrate, repair, and service equipment while ensuring safety and maximum production uptime.

Candidates bring 5+ years in electro-mechanical roles, experience with CNCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and welding. A high school diploma is required; Lean manufacturing experience is a plus, and overtime is expected on a 12-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma.
• 5+ years in electro-mechanical roles.
• Experience in mechatronics or industrial manufacturing is a plus.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Commission, calibrate, repair, and upkeep of designated equipment.
• Ensure safety of machinery and availability for production.
• Lead equipment maintenance during 1st shift (5:30AM-3:30PM).
• Diagnose and repair electric drives, motors, bearings, shafts, chains, and sprockets.
• Troubleshoot 120V and 480V circuits, sensors, switches, and low-voltage instruments.
• Diagnose Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and control systems.
• Perform hydraulic and pneumatic system diagnosis and repair.
• Plan corrective actions and report findings for continuous improvement.
• Maintain production efficiency and quality during interventions.
• Perform MIG welding and basic metal structure work.
• Adhere to ISO 9001/14001/45001 and company safety standards.
• Participate in training and development and data entry as required.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
