Job summary

Real Alloy in Michigan seeks an electro-mechanical maintenance technician to install, diagnose, and service critical production assets across multiple shifts.

You will wire, align, and commission new equipment; repair and restore existing systems; maintain safety records and perform LOTO compliant duties. PLC exposure is a bonus and opportunity for growth within a high-impact team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance in an industrial setting is preferred.
• Safety-first mindset with willingness to learn; PLC familiarity is a bonus.
• Ability to follow formal work instructions and use power tools.
• Experience with documenting maintenance and safety inspections is a plus.
