Job summary

TRAX International Corporation seeks an Electro-Mechanical Instrumentation Technician I for our Yuma Proving Ground site. The role installs, repairs, and maintains data collection systems, sensors, and cables, and retrieves data from vehicles and remote locations.

You will assist with data analysis and fabricate mounting hardware as needed. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of electro-mechanical experience or an Associate’s degree/military training, and soldering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year electro-mechanical experience or an Associate’s degree / military training required.
• Soldering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain data collection systems and sensors.
• Measure and validate sensors using calibration data and data acquisition techniques.
• Retrieve data from vehicles and remote locations via wireless modems and media.
• Assist with data analysis and sensor mounting hardware fabrication.
• Work with others and provide good customer service; support mission goals.
