Liburdi Group of Companies in Mooresville, NC is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Field Service Technician to install, calibrate, maintain, and repair industrial equipment onsite with customers. The role requires troubleshooting electrical/electro-mechanical systems, reading diagrams, and applying hands-on skills across automated equipment and prototypes.

Travel of 30–50% is expected after training; strong teamwork and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in electronic maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair.
• Knowledge of basic electrical power, electronics, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read electrical/electronic specifications, schematics, and manuals.
• Ability to analyze wiring diagrams and troubleshoot systems.
• Comfort with standard electrical and electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction, installation, modification and assembly of automated equipment.
• Install, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electronic and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect equipment for issues.
• Set up electronic equipment for customer orders and prototypes.
• Provide on-site field service and technical support to customers.

About the Position

We are seeking anElectro-Mechanical Field Service Technician to join our team. This positionperforms hands-on technical work involving the installation, calibration,maintenance, assembly, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electronic andelectro-mechanical equipment.

The idealcandidate has a strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems,enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving, and is comfortable working bothindependently and as part of a team. This position offers the opportunity towork with automated equipment, customer installations, engineering prototypes,and a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist withthe construction, installation, modification, and assembly of automatedequipment and devices.
  
• Install,calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electronic andelectro-mechanical equipment.
  
• Clean,lubricate, and perform preventive maintenance on electronic andelectro-mechanical systems.
  
• Set upelectronic equipment for customer orders and engineering prototypes.
  
• Testequipment for proper operation and identify potential issues.
  
• Inspect,troubleshoot, and repair electronic monitors and related equipment.
  
• Read andinterpret electrical and electronic specifications, diagrams, schematics,and technical manuals.

Requirements

Required:

Education:

• Completionof an accredited post-high school program in electronics, electricalengineering, or a related field equivalent to an Associate Degree ispreferred.
  
• Equivalenthands-on education and experience may be considered in place of formaleducation.
