Wieland Group is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, implement, install and maintain electrical/electronic and mechanical systems. The role emphasizes safety, reliability and cost-saving initiatives and is based on-site in Duncansville, PA.

You will lead design efforts, coordinate parts procurement, document work, and support project startup and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field.
• CAD experience or Certificate beneficial.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• On-site role located in Duncansville, PA, with safety compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual and detailed design of parts or equipment.
• Obtain necessary parts and manage stock for projects.
• Assist in maintenance activities and troubleshoot as requested.
• Create and maintain CAD drawings and documentation for projects.
• Participate in project start-up and startup/troubleshooting of equipment.
• Pursue continuous improvement for safety, quality, efficiency or cost savings.
• Support others on projects as assigned.
