Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a hands-on service technician to diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical equipment at the component level. You will build test fixtures, support product development, and communicate with customers as needed.

Responsibilities include performing warranty analysis, submitting service reports, and driving continuous improvement under supervision. You will follow safety procedures and contribute to a collaborative, driven team culture.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school with 1–3 years related experience or 5 years combined education/experience.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Write routine reports/correspondence and speak effectively before customer or employee groups.
• Perform calculations (proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume) and apply basic algebra, physics, and geometry.
• General knowledge of electronics with intermediate-to-complex troubleshooting ability.
• Basic understanding of schematics, parts breakdowns, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical equipment/tooling at the component level with intermediate complexity.
• Support basic product development activities to refine designs and serviceability.
• Handle occasional customer communications to provide updates and guidance.
• Build test fixtures under general supervision.
• Perform warranty analysis to determine causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Complete and submit all service reports and related documentation.
• Actively participate in the ATS Culture Initiative: drive continuous improvement, measure process performance, complete required quality core classes, use the Basic Principles, and follow company/customer safety procedures.
