Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly/repair experience.
• Lean training certification within first year.
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge to diagnose problems.
• Experience disassembling, repairing, testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and measurements.
• Must read/write in English and perform basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical/pneumatic components from drawings/instructions.
• Wire control panels and fabricate/extrusion framing as required.
• Test assembled valves, pumps, wire harnesses, and other assemblies.
• Prepare finished work for shipment and maintain quality records.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Assist development of quality control processes and procedures.
• Lead MDI meetings and support manufacturing functions.
