Qualifications

High school diploma.
1 year experience with electro-mechanical assembly preferred.
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Soldering ability preferred.
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assemble electro-mechanical products according to work instructions, drawings, and BOMs.
Set up and operate production equipment and use basic hand tools and testing devices.
Develop proficiency across assembly tasks while meeting workmanship, safety, and productivity standards in a medical device setting.
Assist Senior Technicians in testing, validation, and prototype work.
Report material shortages, quality issues, and efficiency metrics; assist with inventory control.
