Job summary

Leonardo DRS is seeking multiple full time Manufacturing Technician I positions for the Bridgeton, MO facility. The role involves electro-mechanical and cable harness assembly, disassembly, rework, and some testing of electronic products and mechanical assemblies.

You will work from wiring and assembly drawings, operation sheets, and engineering specifications. The job requires following SOPs, safety rules, and coordinating multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experienced handling small delicate components with ESD practices.
• Soldering and wire bonding experience a plus.
• MS Office experience and basic computer skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, disassembly and rework.
• Work from wiring/assembly drawings and engineering specs.
• Provide technical support to engineers on standard components and equipment.
• Test, modify, rework, repair and build electronic/mechanical assemblies.
• Read and follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Coordinate multiple activities and adjust priorities as needed.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and engineering specs for modifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
