Job summary

Dynamics ATS in North Canton, OH is seeking a Production Assembler on a contract hire basis. You will assemble materials from components following detailed instructions and perform simple screening, bagging, boxing, or cutting operations.

The role requires basic reading and math skills, the ability to read drawings and process documents, and strong attention to detail. Steel-toed boots are required; shift is Mon-Thu 6:00 am–4:30 pm with Fridays off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and process documents.
• Perform simple machine setup and assembly per instructions.
• Maintain quality with attention to detail and timely work.
• Follow safety regulations and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble materials from components using written/verbal instructions.
• Perform simple machine setup and screening, bagging, boxing, or cutting operations.
• Inspect and test work for quality; resolve simple problems.
• Read work orders and specifications to plan operations.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs of production equipment.
