Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent technical degree with 1-2 years minimal experience in electro-mechanical assembly environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies using hand & power tools.
• Maintain kanban stock and prevent material shortages.
• Troubleshoot basic assembly processes with guidance from senior staff.
• Document production records and quality data.
• Support safety initiatives and lean manufacturing improvements.
