Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Electro Mechanical Assembly Technician for our Richardson, TX facility to support the assembly and testing of complex electronic systems. The role requires precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced production environment.

You'll read blueprints, perform wiring and mechanical assembly, operate hand and torque tools, and adhere to safety and quality standards. Training is provided and there are opportunities for growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in electrical, electro-mechanical, or mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
• Proficiency with hand tools, torque tools, and assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom test fixtures, control panels, and rack-mounted test systems.
• Perform electrical wiring, cabling, and mechanical assembly tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and production efficiency.
• Install components and troubleshoot basic electrical or mechanical issues as needed.

Our client, a leading organization in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electro Mechanical Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Electro Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and testing of complex electronic systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electro Mechanical Assembly Technician

Location: Richardson, TX

Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.80 per hour

Shifts:

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
