Job summary

SPT Labtech Ltd. is seeking an electro-mechanical assembler to join our production team in Covina, CA. You will assemble parts, prepare harnesses, install firmware, and perform QC checks to ensure high-quality instruments.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in electro-mechanical assembly, strong hand-tool skills, and the ability to read drawings. Mandarin language skills are a plus and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Good experience using hand tools for electro-mechanical assembly.
• Able to read and understand electro-mechanical assembly instructions/drawings.
• Knowledge of Verbal Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to assembly instructions/drawings using hand tools.
• Assist in constructing instruments.
• Ensure assembly meets company quality standards.
• Prepare cables, harnesses to connect electrical components.
• Install firmware, drivers & apps.
• Perform QC checks, troubleshoot, run tests and software verification.
• Provide production status updates to Production Manager.
• Coordinate and manage multiple tasks with short deadlines.
• Work well with others and stay organized.
• Other production-related duties as needed.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assemble parts according to assembly instructions / drawing with hand tools.
