The role requires hands-on assembly, soldering, and adherence to production procedures and policies. The candidate should have a high school diploma and at least three years in an electrical/electronic assembly environment, including soldering, with knowledge of IPC/J-STD and related standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required with at least 3 years in electrical/electronic assembly including soldering.
• Experience with soldering, inspection, and compliance to IPC/J-STD standards is essential.
• Ability to read and follow production procedures and policies.
