Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 6 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 2 years relevant experience.
• Ability to use a microscope to perform assembly procedures for extended periods.
• Ability to work with small parts/components.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, including skilled hand work or use of automated production equipment.
• Interpret and follow technical specifications, blueprints, schematics, and travelers.
• Set up and adjust processes to meet blueprint tolerances; perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Use calipers, micrometers and other measurement devices as required.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate degree (2-year post-secondary) with 2+ years relevant experience
