Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent technical degree; 1–2 years in electro-mechanical assembly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with a team to meet targets.
• Experience reading assembly documentation and using basic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical/electro-mechanical sub-assemblies per documented procedures.
• Support production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and participate in Lean and continuous improvement efforts.
