Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Bothell, WA seeks an Assembly Technician to produce medical device-like assemblies in a fast-paced GMP environment. You will apply GMPs, assemble wiring and components, perform electrical programming and testing, and maintain line clearances and traveler records.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years assembly experience in electro-mechanical or high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in an ESD environment preferred.
• Experience in FDA cGMP/QSR or ISO environments preferred.
• Detail-oriented with good record keeping per GMP and SOP.
• Able to recognize deviations and recommend corrections.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• May require lifting up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Apply job skills, GMPs, company policies, and work instructions to produce assemblies.
• Assemble wiring and electrical components with precision in a fast-paced environment.
• Use adhesives, including UV curing adhesives; handle products carefully to prevent damage.
• Perform electrical programming and testing; record results on traveler documents or data collection devices.
• Maintain line clearance and verify job/label print travelers.
• Enter data using a keyboard.
• Be cross-trained in at least five processes.
• Perform other assigned duties.
