You will use hand and power tools, inspect work for accuracy, and maintain a safe, organized, FOD-free environment while meeting production goals and quality standards.

The role requires reading blueprints, basic math, and experience with wiring, PCB assembly, and high-voltage testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 to 6 years of electronics assembly experience is expected.
• J-STD-001 certification is preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to work with English language and basic math.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, job travelers and follow work instructions.
• Assemble components and subassemblies with hand and power tools.
• Perform intermediate cable harness and PCB assembly techniques.
• Handle high voltage potting and high voltage testing tasks.
• Maintain ESD controls and adhere to quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot faulty components.
• Keep calibrated equipment current and within date.
• Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement.
• May assist other departments and perform related duties.
