Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring an Electro Mechanical Assembler II for the 2nd shift in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. You will assemble and test electromechanical products, follow documented procedures, and maintain thorough records of parts used and test results.

Strong ability to read drawings, document issues, and troubleshoot electronics is required. Ideal candidates will have a degree in engineering or 5+ years of related experience, familiarity with GMP practices, and a commitment to quality

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical, biomedical, or mechanical engineering; or equivalent military education; or 5+ years repairing electrical/electronic equipment.
Ability to document and communicate technical issues clearly.
Five years of troubleshooting and PM on basic electronic/electromechanical or medical equipment.

Responsibilities

Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished electromechanical products per drawings and procedures.
Perform dimensional measurements to verify tolerances.
Test electromechanical products as prescribed by drawings or procedures.
Document work performed on data sheets and manufacturing records.
Ensure proper care of components, tools, and test equipment and calibration.
Communicate with teammates and colleagues to coordinate work.
