What to expect:

Electro/Mechanical Assemblers perform various electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, or measurement product assembly operations on components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies. They determine and follow methods and sequences of operations, including wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding, and fitting on assembly units. They execute production operations, perform rework, and conduct quality testing on parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. All operations must adhere to established procedures to the highest standards.

What we expect:

Electro/Mechanical Assemblers should work collaboratively with manufacturing associates, engineering, quality, and leadership to meet production requirements. They support engineering experiments and operational improvement initiatives, participate in teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify manufacturing processes.

Skillset:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Trained to perform 3-4 roles within the Operations team.
• Certified as a Subject Matter Expert for at least one role within the Operations team.
• IPC 610 / 620 Certification.
• Experience with Oracle ERP system.
• Experience with Agile Product Lifecycle Management system.
• Knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling best practices.

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma/GED or Associate Degree.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.

The annualized base salary range for this hourly role is $39,800 - $55,700 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation will depend on relevant experience, skillset, education, location, and market conditions.
