What You'll Do

• Use your adept skills to align, solder, and join parts with precision, employing both soldering irons and a variety of hand/power tools.
• Effortlessly read work instructions, mechanical drawings, and schematics, transforming them into high-quality products.
• Uphold our high production standards through meticulous testing and inspections, ensuring every product meets our exacting criteria.
• Navigate projects from start to finish with the autonomy to make decisions, backed by a team ready to support you.
• Master the intricacies of traceability, guaranteeing the integrity and compliance of every component and filter.

Who You Are

• You've earned your H.S. diploma/GED or come with equivalent experience.
• Reading basic schematics and mechanical drawings? No problem for you.
• Soldering experience and IPC certification will make you stand out.
• Your communication skills are top-notch.
• You're familiar with the hustle of an electronics manufacturing environment and can handle tasks with modest supervision.
• Experience with electrical test equipment? That's a plus in our book.
