Job Type: Full time (Traveling Role)

Compensation/Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $27.00

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Vocational degree/certification or apprenticeship in a related field
• 1-5 years of electrical and mechanical work experience

Qualifications:

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics; experience with hand tools, power tools, and precision assembly tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, torque wrenches, gauges) in an industrial environment
• Understanding of electrical/mechanical devices
• Working knowledge of PLCs and programming
• Positive attitude, dependability, eagerness to learn and contribute in a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fixed deadlines
• Willingness to travel 60-80% domestically and internationally; active passport required; all travel paid

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience with electrical maintenance involving PLC/CNC, servo motors, drives, VFDs
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• High electrical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical cabinets and perform fabrication tasks under supervision
• Interpret blueprints and schematics for assembly
• Work with PLCs and program logic functions
• Follow electrical wiring standards
• Use hand and power tools for mounting, assembly, and modification of electrical components
• Document configuration changes for future reference
• Perform general tasks including assembly, cleanup, disassembly, packing, and maintenance
• Understand machine functionality and assist in assembly and repair
• Travel internationally for machine construction, wiring, testing, and verification
