We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to support and oversee maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical production equipment while providing day-to-day leadership and support to the maintenance team.
The Maintenance Lead serves as a key resource for maintenance personnel, production teams, and other departments to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe, productive work environment. This position may also assume supervisory responsibilities during the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor or during off-shift operations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on maintenance professional who can balance technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You are proactive, safety-focused, and capable of supporting team members while ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
