Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and document preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, dryers, water tower, chiller.
• Calibrate molding machine controls and verify screws/barrels meet specs.
• Interpret electrical/hydraulic schematics and trace faults in wiring.
• Diagnose mechanical systems and perform on-time repairs within budget.
• Operate skid loaders, scissor lifts, and forklifts safely for access.
• Keep records: PM schedules, installations, repairs, reports.

In this role, you’ll work directly with the Maintenance Manager to maximize equipment uptime and utilization. You’ll drive continuous improvement across operations and take on additional related tasks as assigned, always with an eye toward reliability, safety, and documentation.

Experience

• At least 7 years in industrial maintenance that includes injection molding machines; equivalent experience with blow molding or extrusion is acceptable.
• Mechanical proficiency with hydraulics, motors, and pumps.
• Electrical know-how with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex wiring systems.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose issues and craft effective, on-time, within-budget repair plans.
