You will lead program delivery, manage P&L, and push lean, cost-effective solutions while collaborating with customers, OEMs, and government entities to advance electric power systems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing, program management, or business unit leadership.
• Proven ability to lead complex aerospace programs and manage budgets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Willing to work out of GE Aerospace offices in Evendale OH or Dayton OH.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities and objectives for the Electrified Propulsion business and align teams across functions.
• Drive strategic execution, win themes, and opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Lead market engagement, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies for electrified propulsion.
• Ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and continuous improvement in power systems.
• Represent GE Aerospace at industry events and develop trusted customer relationships.
