Job summary

Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. is seeking an Electrified Powertrain Calibration Engineer for the Electric Vehicle Efficiency Team. In this role, you will focus on maximising energy efficiency for electrified vehicles through calibration, testing, simulation, and analysis.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of related experience. Successful candidates will have qualifications in calibration techniques, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a diverse team environment, as well as offering generous employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience required.
• Working knowledge of vehicle testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate powertrain for maximum efficiency.
• Perform fuel economy testing according to EPA procedures.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain testing continuity.
