Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience (service experience preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Solid knowledge of residential wiring, circuits, and systems.
• Confidence communicating with homeowners in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask.
• Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field.
• Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems and safety concerns.
• Perform code-compliant repairs, installations, and upgrades, including panels, breakers, wiring, and circuits; switches, receptacles, lighting, and specialty fixtures.
• Conduct thorough electrical system evaluations and clearly explain findings to homeowners.
• Provide professional recommendations and solutions with integrity, transparency, and customer satisfaction in mind.
• Ensure all work meets local, state, and NEC code requirements.
• Document work accurately using mobile service software.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and service vehicle.
• Deliver an exceptional in-home customer experience on every call.
