Job summary

Environmental Air Systems seeks an Electrician to join our industrial fabrication team. This role provides electrical support for the final assembly department with responsibilities that include conduit installation, wiring, and test procedures.

Daily work follows NEC standards and emphasizes teamwork within the plant environment. Schedule is 6:00am-4:30pm with overtime as needed; benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with generous company match, life insurance, and disability options.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED or related electrical experience as determined by plant manager.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop drawings and schematics to install and wire panels and devices.
• Install conduit (Rigid, IMC, EMT) and pull/terminate wiring with minimal supervision.
• Oversee teams of mechanics and helpers in the electrical department.
• Test electrical components to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Install control wiring and components and verify NEC code compliance.
• Follow safety instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

In this role you will provide electrical support for the final assembly department. The role requires daily manufacturing responsibilities that are expected to be carried out with minimal supervision. Some job requirements are set in a team environment while others may be left to the individual to prioritize and schedule.
