Job summary

Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, seeks an Electrician for our industrial fabrication team to support the final assembly department. The role demands daily manufacturing tasks with minimal supervision and cooperation with office and factory staff.

The Electrician will bend/install conduit, pull and terminate wiring, read shop drawings, supervise crews, and ensure NEC compliance. Safety, teamwork, and initiative are valued as the business expands in the Carolinas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related electrical experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ability to bend and install conduit (Rigid, IMC, EMT) with minimal supervision.
• Ability to pull and terminate wiring to electrical devices.
• Ability to read and comprehend shop drawings and schematics.
• Ability to oversee team(s) of mechanics and helpers.
• Ability to understand and comprehend NEC codes.
• Ability to test electrical components for proper functionality.
• Ability to install control wiring and components.
• Maintain flexibility with assigned tasks.
• Understand and follow proper safety instructions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Other duties may be added as needed by supervision
