Job summary

Mr. Electric Charlotte Metro is seeking experienced Residential Service Electricians to join our growing team in the Charlotte Metro area. You will diagnose electrical concerns, provide solutions, and complete high-quality residential work for homeowners, managing the customer experience from arrival to project completion.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional electrical experience.
  • Strong residential troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to use mobile technology and digital job-management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical issues.
  • Perform electrical repairs, replacements, upgrades, and installations.
  • Complete work from fixtures and devices to panels, wiring, and larger projects.
  • Explain findings clearly and help customers understand options.
  • Document notes, photos, estimates, and required documentation.
