Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship program or equivalent vocational training.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• 3–5 years of experience as an electrician, with 1–2 years in renewable energy projects.
• Thorough understanding of AC/DC electrical theory, power generation and distribution.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of NEC and safety standards; OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, connect, test, and maintain electrical systems for solar, wind and storage installations.
