Qualifications

• 8+ years electrical experience in commercial, residential or property management environments.
• License preferred; company will assist in acquiring/licenseing.
• Background and drug screen required.
• Proficient in reading prints/schematics.
• Familiarity with NEC regulations and low voltage systems.
• Residential and/or commercial service electrician experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and service project electrical work.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on-site.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records and ensure safe work practices.

• Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience in the commercial, residential and property management environments
• Professional license Preferred (we will assist you in acquiring)
• Background and drug screen required

• Electrical experience, including working with schematics
• Proficiency in using hand tools, voltmeter, and ohmmeter
• Familiarity with low voltage systems and NEC regulations
• Previous experience in residential service and/or commercial service electrician roles
• Competency in electrical duties

• $30-$40 per hour based upon experience & licensing
