Job summary

Lula is seeking a 1099 Electrical Repair Pro to handle maintenance and repair tasks for hundreds of rental properties in the Wake area. The ideal candidate has industry experience and a proactive, customer-friendly approach.

As a Lula Pro, you set your own hourly rate, receive 24/7 support, and choose the jobs you want. Lula pays for labor and parts within 1–3 days, and onboarding approval is required to join the network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have General Liability Insurance.
• No felonies within the past 7 years.
• Must provide your own tools and materials.
• Must complete vendor onboarding and be approved.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repair and maintenance across multiple rental properties in the Wake area.
• Coordinate with Lula and property managers to diagnose issues and execute repairs.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper documentation for each job.
