Job summary

Lula Maintenance Services is seeking a 1099 Drain Cleaning Pro to support property maintenance for rental properties across Wake County, including Raleigh. Ideal candidates have rental property industry experience, a positive attitude, and own tools. You will join Lula’s network, set your own hourly rates, and be paid promptly for labor and parts.

Contract position with Lula Pros network. Must be 18+, have General Liability Insurance, no felonies in 7 years, and complete vendor onboarding.

• Must complete vendor onboarding and be approved.
