Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our on-site data center team in Texas. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, read blueprints, and ensure safety compliance while supporting a stable, long-term role.

This position offers overtime opportunities, a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with ESOP, and company-paid disability and life coverage. Expect a 7-on/7-off schedule with 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems.
• Work with control systems, lighting, motor controls, and PLC systems.
• Maintain wiring, breaker panels, communication systems, and power distribution.
• Inspect and repair transformers, circuit breakers, and electrical components.
• Diagnose issues using advanced tools (ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and more).
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code and safety standards.
• Support and guide team members in installation and repair work.
