Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking a skilled Electrician for a long-term, on-site role in our data center environment. The 7 on/7 off schedule (12-hour shifts) offers built-in work-life balance, with overtime opportunities and a focus on reliability and safety.

You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, work with control systems, lighting, motor controls, PLCs, and power distribution, reading blueprints and ensuring NEC compliance while supporting teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in industrial settings.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems.
• Work with control systems, lighting, motor controls, and PLC systems.
• Maintain wiring, breaker panels, communication systems, and power distribution.
• Inspect and repair transformers, circuit breakers, and electrical components.
• Diagnose issues using ammeters, voltmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints and NEC-compliant standards.
• Support and guide team members in installation and repair work.

We’re looking for a skilled Electrician ready to take on a long-term, stable role in a data center environment. This is not a travel contract—we’re building a committed, high-performing team on-site.

What You’ll Do

Work hands-on with critical electrical systems that keep our operations running:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems


• Work with control systems, lighting, motor controls, and PLC systems


• Maintain wiring, breaker panels, communication systems, and power distribution


• Inspect and repair transformers, circuit breakers, and electrical components


• Diagnose issues using advanced tools (ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and more)


• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams


• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code and safety standards


• Support and guide team members in installation and repair work
