Bitdeer is seeking a skilled Electrician for a long-term, on-site role in a data center environment. The position offers a 7 days on/7 days off schedule (12-hour shifts) and an emphasis on safety, reliability, and teamwork.

You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot critical electrical systems, reading diagrams and supporting a high‑performing team in a fast-growing infrastructure company.

• Electrical experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset; you fix problems, not avoid them.

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret specifications.
• Attention to wiring, color coding, and components.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems.
• Work with control systems, lighting, motor controls, and PLCs.
• Maintain wiring, panels, and distribution equipment.
• Inspect/repair transformers, breakers, and electrical components.
• Diagnose issues with meters, scanners, and diagnostic tools.
• Read blueprints and technical diagrams accurately.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and safety standards.
• Mentor teammates in installation and repair work.

We’re looking for a skilled Electrician ready to take on a long-term, stable role in a data center environment. This is not a travel contract—we’re building a committed, high-performing team on-site.

What You’ll Do

Work hands-on with critical electrical systems that keep our operations running:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems


• Work with control systems, lighting, motor controls, and PLC systems


• Maintain wiring, breaker panels, communication systems, and power distribution


• Inspect and repair transformers, circuit breakers, and electrical components


• Diagnose issues using advanced tools (ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and more)


• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams


• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code and safety standards


• Support and guide team members in installation and repair work
