Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment faults.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
• Order replacement parts and maintenance supplies as needed.
• Keep supervisors and management informed of equipment status and repair progress.
• Take and prepare equipment oil samples for analysis to support preventative maintenance programs.
• Support on-call maintenance activities when required.
• Assist in designing and implementing equipment improvements and modifications.
