This OCONUS position is located on the white sandy beaches of the Andros Island, a Commonwealth of the Bahamas. Atlantic Undersea Test & Evaluation Center (AUTEC) is Arcata's newest partnership. AUTEC provides research, development, test and evaluation, engineering, analysis, and assessment, and fleet support capabilities for submarines, autonomous underwater systems, and offensive and defensive undersea weapon systems, and stewards existing and emerging technologies in support of undersea warfare for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport.
The Maintenance Electrician performs a variety of electrical trade functions involving installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems within various types of buildings, outdoor lighting systems, food service equipment, and laundry equipment.
