Essential Responsibilities:

1. Maintain, repair, and complete preventative maintenance on various types of electrical equipment.
2. Troubleshoot electrical issues.
3. Read and interpret blueprints.
4. Wire machines and electrical panels up to 600 volts.
5. Perform other duties as required.
6. This role starts at $37/hr.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Massachusetts Journeymen License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to work with power tools and meters.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS :

• Ability to lift, move, and manipulate fixtures and hardware up to 30 lbs. (with or without reasonable accommodations).
• Ability to work in confined spaces, on ladders, platforms, and at heights.

Desired Characteristics:

• At least three years of experience as an industrial electrician.
• Knowledge in installing large industrial equipment.
• Understanding of safety rules in industrial settings.
• Familiarity with industrial and Massachusetts regulations.
• Strong understanding of HVAC controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
• Proficiency with basic tools and machinery.
• Ability to schedule, plan, and order materials.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers.
