Job summary

FTI in Pittsboro is seeking an Excellerate Electrician I responsible for electrical assemblies, installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The position involves working within safety standards and providing mentorship to apprentices.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
• Must consistently follow workplace safety procedures and ensure team safety.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to layout conduit systems and basic control systems.
• Installs, maintains, and/or troubleshoots basic electrical systems in compliance with NEC.
• Provides direction, training, and mentorship to General Assemblers/Apprentices.
