Electrician Lead Man – Travel Position

Location: Miami, FL (Office Base) – Extensive U.S. Travel (80/20)
Pay: $30–$45 per hour + Per Diem (Pay Range Open)

Construction Mechanics Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrician Lead Man for our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry. This role requires a strong leader to supervise electricians across multiple manufacturing facilities nationwide, ensuring high-quality electrical work while maintaining efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise & Lead: Oversee electrical teams across various U.S. facilities, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Hands-On Work: Be ready to strap on a tool belt when needed to support the team.
  • Extensive Travel: Expect 80 percent travel, with occasional office time in Miami, FL.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply strong electrical skills and knowledge in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
  • Business Acumen: Make sound decisions, manage projects, and ensure work meets high industry standards.
  • Communication & Leadership: Train, mentor, and support electricians while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Computer Skills: Utilize digital tools for reporting, scheduling, and project management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven leadership in electrical work, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Tools & PPE: Must have personal tools and appropriate PPE.
  • Travel Readiness: Must be comfortable with extensive travel (80 percent of the time).
  • Professionalism: Strong communication, polished presence, and ability to represent the company well.
  • Background & Drug Screen: Required for employment, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
