Job summary

Cool Hand Electric & Air is seeking an Electrician Lead Installer to perform residential service installs in the South DFW area, including Mansfield, Red Oak, and Ellis County.

You will lead wiring projects, perform panel work, grounding, surge protection, and lighting upgrades while mentoring apprentices. A Texas Wireman orJourneyman license is required, with a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50–75 lbs. Competitive hourly pay and bonuses are offered.

• Residential service experience is essential.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and navigate attics, crawl spaces, ladders, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe work areas with floor savers & drop cloths.
• Walk customers through completed work and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide apprentices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sharp-looking truck.
• Follow company ethics, safety standards, and installation checklists.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
