Job Title: Journeyman Electrician
Location: Mishawaka, IN and surrounding areas
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional overtime)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a wide range of electrical work, including service, installations, and troubleshooting in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Generator installation and maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in residential, commercial, and industrial environments

• Perform generator installations and maintenance

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety standards

• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors

• Maintain accurate records of work performed

• Safely operate company-provided tools, equipment, and take-home vehicle

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong knowledge of NEC and safety practices

• Generator experience but not required
