Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician with 5+ years' experience within the last 10 years.
• Experience in installation and service of electrical equipment.
• Understanding of single and 3 phase systems and related codes.
• Knowledge of motor/lighting controls; solar and low voltage exposure a plus.
• High school diploma or GED; teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands-on training in Electrical and Electronics Systems.
• Deliver Lincoln Tech accredited curriculum and ensure student understanding.
• Teach safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Support student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
• Evaluate progress and communicate feedback to guide improvement.
