Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Low Voltage/Fire Alarm/Security Alarm fields.
• Experience in installation and configuration of CCTV and access control systems.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards.
• Teaching experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands-on training using our fully equipped facility, ensuring students gain valuable skills.
• Deliver the Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum, ensuring a thorough understanding of electrical systems.
• Teach safety and compliance, instilling the importance of safety procedures and industry regulations.
• Support and motivate student growth by encouraging professionalism, accountability, and continuous development.
• Evaluate and communicate progress with timely feedback to guide improvement.
• Prepare students for successful careers by equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed.
