Job summary

John Henry's is hiring an Electrician - Install-Service to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You will read schematics, diagnose issues, and ensure compliance with NEC and safety standards while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires 3+ years in installation/service and an electrical apprenticeship or trade-school certification preferred, with potential for mentorship and team collaboration on complex projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Formal electrical apprenticeship or trade-school certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in installation and service roles.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical wiring, circuits, fixtures, and equipment in new and existing structures.
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams and follow NEC codes.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components.
• Provide clear explanations and recommendations to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of service work and inspections.
