Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades in Davenport, FL is seeking Electricians for immediate start on a permanent, direct-hire basis. The role focuses on industrial electrical work, including wiring, conduit bending, panel wiring, and troubleshooting, with 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of industrial electrical experience, NEC familiarity, and the ability to read blueprints and diagrams. Must have own hand tools and reliable transportation; CDL not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical experience in an industrial setting.
• Install, assemble, test, and maintain electrical systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using test equipment
• Connect wiring to breakers, transformers, and other components
• Inspect systems to ensure safety and code compliance
• Perform continuity testing using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other tools
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective action
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand one-line diagrams
• Working knowledge of NEC
• Experience with PLCs preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must have standard electrical hand tools.

Responsibilities

• PAY: $30-40/hour (based upon experience)
• HOURS: Shifts will be 10-hour workdays, 4 days per week
• SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday- Thursday; 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
• START DATE: ASAP
• Length of the project: Permanent (direct hire)
