Job summary

Doc PersonalBeratung GmbH seeks an Electrician I to join our Facilities Management team in Cayce, SC. The role performs building maintenance electrical tasks across FM-owned and contracted buildings and ensures safety and code compliance.

This on-site role requires 37.5 hours per week with potential evenings or weekends. You will use the plant maintenance app to log work orders and collaborate with other trades to improve efficiency and safety across the facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with electrical maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of national/local electrical regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, specifications and equipment bulletins.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete work with minimal supervision.
• Capable of maintaining accurate time and material records.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned maintenance, repair and renovation electrical tasks to ensure safety and code compliance.
• Assist with maintenance and repair tasks across other trades as needed.
• Record all daily work orders and time using the maintenance app.
• Identify equipment, materials and training to improve efficiency and safety.
• Perform other duties, including disaster response, as required.
• Promote teamwork and resolve challenges.
